Ingredients :

  • 5 oz Henry's Gin Betchwan Reserve
  • 5 Sivo peach liqueur
  • 0.75 oz lime juice
  • 5 barley syrup
  • 1 tsp. Of bar Orange blossom water
  • Egg white

Garnish: Angostura

STEPS

  1. Pour the ingredients into the shaker.
  2. Shake vigorously for the first time without ice cubes (dry shake).
  3. Add the ice cubes then shake vigorously again.
  4. Filter into a cooled cup.
  5. Garnish with a sprig of mint.
