Ingredients :
- 5 oz Henry's Gin Betchwan Reserve
- 5 Sivo peach liqueur
- 0.75 oz lime juice
- 5 barley syrup
- 1 tsp. Of bar Orange blossom water
- Egg white
Garnish: Angostura
STEPS
- Pour the ingredients into the shaker.
- Shake vigorously for the first time without ice cubes (dry shake).
- Add the ice cubes then shake vigorously again.
- Filter into a cooled cup.
- Garnish with a sprig of mint.
